Located in the heart of the village, surrounded by the natural beauty of Tuscany, the villa is just a short climb up 10 steps from the main street and spans approximately 800m², accommodating up to 18 guests.
The villa has been fully renovated, blending traditional Tuscan style with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy 24/7 assistance during their stay. While the property does not have private parking, there is free public parking nearby.

The villa boasts a spacious, enclosed garden with multiple levels, featuring a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, chairs, tables, and umbrellas, perfect for soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. There is also an outdoor shower. A few steps lead to a terrace with a heated hot tub for four people.

The interior of the villa is bright and spacious, with expansive living areas spread across the ground and first floors. The furnishings are a blend of classic and timeless styles, creating an atmosphere of comfort and elegance.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 20, a professional kitchen, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
On the first floor (accessed by 20 steps from the ground floor), there are three large sofas, a beautiful fireplace, a round dining table with chairs, large cabinets, a pool table, a Sorrentino inlaid game table, and a small kitchen. The first floor also has direct access to the garden, the pool, and a private terrace with a covered patio, featuring another large dining table for 20 guests.
The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped and is offering everything needed to fulfill your culinary desires.

Security deposit: € 1000.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
