Furnished 2 bedroom with cooks kitchen, quartz counter tops, large outdoor natural gas grill, upgraded appliances including laundry, heated bathroom floor, good private deeded parking, next to Long Point Park, all level ground, high efficiency radiant heat, tight spray foam insulation, large covered deck, well maintained quiet area at end of a no outlet street, available short or long term now to end of May 2018, and for weekly stays summer of 2018. Please email Phil or call. Can be seen by appointment and negotiable for longer terms stays. Good for privacy. No smoking and no pets. Paddle board and kayak included.

We stay in property rentals all over the world, and this one is definitely in the top tier of favorite places. Wow, beautifully and comfortably decorated with the BEST appliances we’ve ever found! Super clean, super quiet, stunning views, and a kitchen that is equipped for any chef! Book it before it’s gone, I am sure this is a Finger Lakes favorite!

Looking Forward to a Return Stay

Spent a full week at this lovely lake house feet from the water! Loved the covered porch on the waterfront and the extended dock. Furniture was very comfortable throughout. Kitchen was top notch.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Had a memorable time at this property which is right on the lake. The dock offers scenic solitude and the fishing is great too! Even saw a bald eagle flying over. The king size bed is super comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Such a beautiful house right on the lake. The house is immaculate and has anything you’d want. So quiet at night. The porch is roomy and peaceful. Surrounding area is hilly and there are quaint towns, farm markets and plenty to do. The Letchworth State Park is very close and a must see.

The location was perfect for us. Mornings and evenings on the porch enjoying the lake view and close to the activities we planned. The home was very clean with modern appliances. Past experience has me bringing my own pans and cooking utensils, but that was not necessary at this home. It was very comfortable.

We’re not always upside down, but it was a fun day! Jk - It's so good here we had to acquire the house next door too 5350. This is where my 2 girls and I come to bond and stay centered on the most important things, each other. It is also a great spot for gathering with friends and more family which is what we do all the time too.

Why they chose this property

Stress disappears immediately here. Everyone that comes here never wants to leave! Once you are here it's quickly understood what makes this private but accessible spot so alluring.

What makes this property unique

Water goes from zero to about 5' deep in @125 feet off shore before it drops off to 38'. Great for swimming and hanging out. The water is always good here even late summer. The dock is over 100 feet long with plenty of places to sit and relax in the sun or star gaze at night. The end of this dock truly puts you at the center of the lake as you can see both ends of the lake clearly. Level parking and yard. Up to 2-3 deeded level parking spots plus parking at the park next door for any over flow. It's very close to any needed or wanted amenities by car or by water.
