Appartement ne correspond en aucun cas aux photos de l’annonce. À notre arrivée le ménage n’avait pas été effectué et nous avons dû passer 2h pour le rendre habitable (sol, toilettes, vaisselle). La propreté du linge de lit indigne d’une location. Logement donné pour 5 personnes sans pour autant le matériel correspondant (couverts, verres, aucun plats allant au four), pas de balai ni d’aspirateur, cafetière cassée. Malgré nos appels et l’envoi de plusieurs mails au gestionnaire nous avons attendu 3 jours avant d’avoir un premier retour et sommes toujours dans l’attente de son retour quant à un règlement du litige. Nous avons reçu un dernier mail rédigé par Chat GPT nous indiquant un retour rapide et inexistant à ce jour.Appartement à fuir
