Check-in: after 4 PM | Check-out: before 10 AM
No pets, no parties
Pool heater must be requested 48 hrs in advance (max temp 95°F; may not work in very cold weather, no refunds if heat isn’t reached).
This is a self-catering property. A starter kit of essentials is provided (toiletries, paper products, dish soap). Guests should purchase additional supplies for the duration of their stay.
Garbage: Please dispose of trash daily in outdoor bins.
Cleaning: Professional cleaning before check-in; mid-stay cleanings available at extra cost.
Deliveries: USPS will not deliver to vacation homes. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Some resorts accept deliveries at the clubhouse (fees may apply). We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.
