The apartment is beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen containing the appliances you need, including stove, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen island, and dining table. The floor-to-ceiling window in the living room allows a lot of natural light into the apartment, making it feel light and airy. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

The apartment has a spacious and sunny terrace with lounge area and dining table surrounded by removable glass curtains.
At the fenced facility there is a large outdoor saltwater pool, social zone, beautiful green areas, as well as a separate fitness room and SPA facility with sauna and indoor pool.

Cala Serena is only a 7-minute walk away from the center of the charming town of La Cala de Mijas, one of the few remaining traditional seaside towns where visitors will still find a true Andalusian atmosphere. The town has supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, retail shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

Walk on for 2 minutes more and you find yourself right at Playa la Cala. La Cala de Mijas Beach with its golden sands, paved paseo and chiringuitos The beaches in La Cala de Mijas are amongst the best on the Costa del Sol so there is nothing in the way of enjoying a day with sand between your toes.

For golf enthusiasts the choices are many, with Noria Golf only a 5-minute walk away. The Costa del Sol is said to be the best region for golfers in Spain.


There is a private parking space belonging to the apartment in the garage of the building. There is also free parking in the street right outside the gate for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation.

If you like to stretch your legs, you have a boardwalk by the seaside in La Cala stretching all the way from La Cala de Mijas to Calahonda and from Cabopino to Marbella. The boardwalk has bars and restaurants along the way as it hugs the coastline. This is a great attraction in La Cala de Mijas and a must when visiting the village.
