You are most welcome to this affordable, comfortable brick house Centrally located the most well-known place in STL, University City area. Bring ur whole family or friends group to this great place for fun. It's close to many attractions in STL. U will have everything u need to stay here including free car parking space.

Very nice, quiet & greenish neighborhood nearby Washington University, Pagedale, Delmar Loop, Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Rock Road & Airport.

A lot of good part relates with that house such as if u don't drive public transport (Number 2 bus) is really within 2 minutes walking distance making it easy to go anywhere in the city.

*It's designed for 4 people but on request 1 extra guest allowed with extra charge.
*No pets allowed at all.
*No smoking & no candles or fires permitted on the house.

Enjoy a nice & calm environment here. Feels like ur own home. This cozy 2 bed/1bath house just newly furnished with seperated Dining area and also full size kitchen (stove, microwave & big size refrigerator available to use with utensils) for all ur cooking needs.

If you are a local and looking for an affordable nightout place/short stays or if you are traveling with ur friends or family or international student groups or business travelers, healthcare professionals..... any occupation, race or gender most Welcome to book here.

No late check-in (3pm to 8pm) or check-out (before 11am) unless it's prearranged. $40 fees will be charged separately If u want to modified ur check-in or check-out time which are payable at the time of ur arrival.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. No towels were provided in the bath area or kitchen. We were unable to take a shower, wash our face, or dry our hands. The original listing said there was laundry available…then on me contacting the host, she changed the listing. The dishes and silverware in the kitchen were dirty. There was unsecured medication in the kitchen. The refrigerator was half full of open food and leftovers. There were no top sheets on the bed…only a bottom sheet and a blanket. In one bedroom, there were only sheer curtains at the window, allowing the neighbors to look in and watch us. The host stated this was a private drive, but the private drive had a neighbor’s window on the same side. After I contacted the host and explained our concerns and requested a refund, she refused. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel.

Absolutely crazy old women. U feel like it's a 5 star or 7 star hotel. Without checking amenities u booked my place 2 month ago. So far i remember u r super happy after seeing my place, when i directly showed up everything to u but just I left the house within a hour u continuously asking for weird thing which I never mentioned in my listing. Asking for refund not only me, 100 times called Vrbo to get ur money back but they refuse it too because ur intention is so weird and untruthful too. Never asked for laundry, just came here to sleep night time because u wanted to catch a flight early morning. On ur age.....not only you r a big liar, but also you r too smart to make fake stories. When rich people like u trying to get cheap places to stay at night, showed off too much tantrums. That's the real fact here. Whoever can book expensive hotels why u need to stay affordable place that's my concern, may be u want to take all ur money into ur grave. God bless you mam. Trying to put me down here which i don't care but i hope u feeling good now.

This Entire bnb house. *1st bedroom comes with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom Double bed & also sofa bed available in living room plus on top of that single size air mattress will be provided for extra guest (extra charge applicable).

*All living space is on 1 level. Washer & Dryer in the basement, if needed u can go there.

Key will be hand over to u by host in person. U can contact me directly here if u didn't find availability on ur dates or for more inquiry.
Most Welcome to bring ur own stuff like blanket, towel, soap-shampoo, napkins or tissues and water to drink.

I also come here in STL as a tourist. What i love ❤️ about this area .... the calmness of nature, every where too much greenish old trees, tons of grass, scenic view of sky & colorful sunset. Everything i can enjoy in this area at my place at a same time.
