Quiet location but close to 5 ski areas (Cranmore 10 mins, Attitash/Bear Peak 10 mins, Black Mountain 10 mins, Wildcat 20 mins, and Bretton Woods 30 mins), outlet shopping, cross country skiing, and restaurants! Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 8 people with children (Master loft bedroom w/skylights and queen bed, 1 downstairs queen bedroom, and 1 downstairs bunk bedroom with 2 top and 2 bottom bunk beds). Lots of windows with mountain views, open living space, games nook, sauna, jacuzzi, gas "woodstove" and WiFi. Enjoy your morning beverage with views of Bartlett and Kearsarge North Mountains. Cook and enjoy a meal in the well laid out and furnished kitchen. Wonderful (hilly) area for walking. Closest restaurant is a mile away and under two miles to nearest Dunkin Donuts and grocery store.

The hosts were very responsive and provided an amazing experience. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had many amenities. We loved the comfortable set up and the stunning views. They had the things we needed to feel right at home--ice melt and shovels because it was snowy, plenty of dishes, cookware, games, Roku on each TV, blankets, easy to read and understand directions for everything, and many comfortable furnishings. We loved our stay.

4th of July getaway

My family and I stayed here for the week of 4th of July. We had an amazing time here. Everything was an easy drive for us to get too! We took the hosts recommendations and went to tuckermans for dinner also and it was phenomenal! We would absolutely stay here again!

This little gem exceeded our expectations. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for sore muscles. The view was beautiful and the sound of the stream was a bonus while relaxing on the deck. Annual Weekend Ski Trip

Great place to stay! The views from the deck and living room were just beautiful! The beds were comfortable and the size of the kitchen was great for cooking big meals. The kids loved playing the Wii games and watching movies while the adults enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay here again!
