Chestnut Cottage is an immaculate Holiday Home presented to a very high standard and beautifully furnished . The home forms part of the old Shanklin Manor Estate and has superb rural views going up to the South Downs and over the local Cricket Ground. Spacious accommodation throughout and fully equipped. It is in a brilliant location being very near to a park, restaurants, pubs, shops and beach.
Whether you're relaxing with a glass of wine in the private courtyard or watching the Sunset over the downs and park it's the perfect place to unwind.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave Chestnut Cottage as you found it, with all washing up done, the dish washer emptied and all rubbish removed.
Please ensure all windows are closed and all doors locked and return the door key to the Key Safe Box before you leave. PLEASE CLOSE THE KEY SAFE BOX SECURELY AND PUT THE BLACK PLASTIC COVER UP
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the noise down after 10.00 pm as we have residential neighbours. Please respect this timeline.
Please fully respect Chestnut Cottage whilst you stay there and leave it in the same condition you found it when you arrived! Guidelines are available
Only park in the designated parking spaces at the front of the manor clearly signed with a 'V' for visitors.

I love the Isle of Wight . It is such a special place with amazing coastal and inland walks. The views are spectacular - and can be enjoyed at any time of the year!
The beaches are beautiful and with so many wonderful pubs, cafes and eating places to enjoy you are spoilt for choice.

What makes this property unique

Chestnut Cottage really is a wonderful place to stay -with beautiful décor and in a special location with views out onto the downs but close to everything you need,
It has a wonderful area to sit at the front of the property and a beautiful patio garden to enjoy al fresco eating!
