This beautiful villa with private pool in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, is perfect for groups of up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on a single floor, it offers comfort and ease of access for all guests. In addition, it has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.



On the upper floor, you will find a beautiful living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to a covered terrace and the pool. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with a bathtub on this floor. The ground floor is closed and uninhabited during the rental.



Outside, the villa has a closed and partially wooded plot, with an 8x4 meter pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy alfresco meals, as well as space around the pool to relax in the sun. Additionally, there is parking space on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.



The location of this villa is quiet, in an urbanization, and is only 700 meters from the center of Calpe, as well as the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is only 1.2 km away.



Some important notes are that this villa offers free WiFi and pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an additional fee.
