Versatile accommodation comprising of 2 self contained units, I ground, sleeping 4 and 1 first floor, sleeping 6. Both with fitted kitchens, bathrooms, terraces etc. Own well maintained pool with large sun terraces/gardens and barbecue area. A large hedge surrounds the property providing privacy and security. 10 minutes downhill walk to well stocked supermarkets, restaurants and one of the finest Costa Blanca beaches. Calpe is an old fishing port and still retains the port area, with it's fresh fish restaurants under the shadow of the Penon de Ifach. The thriving town retains it's traditional flower decked streets overlooked by the ancient church.

Climbing is to be found in the nearby mountainous areas, such as Liber, Sierra Bernia etc. Wonderful Coastal and hill walking is available nearby, with golf clubs a short drive away. The safe beautiful Levante beach offers white sand and safe bathing for all. the promenade is lined with cafes and restaurants. Calpe offers a lively, but family friendly place to stay. For older children Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park are only a short drive away.

Not bad

Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property.

This booking was for 9 people...24 people arrived (confirmed by 3 people who witnessed it)) They left the house filthy, with every towel, sheet and pillowcase dirty (obviously they made up makeshift beds for the extra guests. They praise my friend and cleaner Karen and then say that the house wasn't clean on their arrival! These people lost their deposit (Karen had to wash dry and iron every piece of linen) they left cigarette butts all over the garden and .left half eaten food everywhere....the clean and the damage cost me the whole rental and really upset me (I had offered to put £100 towards a hotel, as they "accidently" came 1 day before the rental started and I thought it was a genuine mistake, but they tried to stay the whole day of their flights, even though Karen had arrived to clean at 12pm. I have to say that they didnt accept the £100, so maybe they had a heart after all!

Im Großen und Ganzen ein netter Aufenthalt

Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Der Fussmarsch zum Meer dauert ca 15 Min mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr zufriedenstellend,schnelle Antworten. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Nada mas llegar tuvimos que esperar 4 horas a que nos diesen el codigo del cajetin de las llaves, ibamos con niños y un calor impresionante. No respondia la dueña al correo con las instrucciones. La limpieza fatal, hemos limpiado nosotros la casa. La casa muy descuidada. Estuvimos 2 dias sin poder ducharnos porque no salia agua del grifo. Lo bueno es la situacion de donde esta el chalet.

NO VOLVEREMOS *** para que no os pase... os puedo mandae fotos por mail ***

La propietaria una persona encantadora antes de nuestra llegada. Viajamos 4 adultos y 5 niños menores de 8 años. Cualquier pregunta que tenia de la casa la oropietari me la resolvia sin problema por mail, me pareció una persona muy cercana y nunca imaginé lo que me depararía después. El pasado 22 de junio llegamos a la villa y la casa estaba... de pena, sucisima tuvimos que comprar garrafas de lejia y trapos para poder limpiar la cantidad de suciedad que habia en la casa para poder tener unas minimas condiciones higienicas de habitabilidad. La cocina estaba llena de grasa, los baños llenos de suciedad marrones, los saneamientos que ya ni que decir los azulejos, los utensilios de cocina imposible cocinar con ellos de lo sucios que estaban, el suelo sacamos 4 cubos de agua negros de sucios que estaban y los muebles... llenitos de polvo y manchas de no haber limpiado nada de nada de nada. El dia 22 despues de limpiar y del disgusto de haber ido ahi con mis hijos escribí un mail a Jackie diciendola todo esto y el 23 por la mañana nos mandó a 3 personas a verificar esto mismo, primero vinieron dos mujeres y estas llamaron luego a un hombre, todos ellos nos dijerom que la propiedad estaba de pena. Nos dijeron de venir a limpiar ese dia a lo cual nos negamos a perder más tiempo de nuestras vacaciones alli ya que teniamos muestras cosas personales y no hay ni caja de seguridad ni nada en la villa. Llegamos al acuerdo que nos devolviera 300 € como compensación de haber estado nosotros limpiando un dia entero comprando productos de limpieza etc... Jackie nos dijo que si que nos lo devolveria por transferencia, pero a día de hoy seguimos esperando. El dia anterior a nuestra partida con toda la vista del mundo me mando un mail diciendome que la dijera por escrito que yo queria 300 euros por ponerla un comentario positivo en verbo, y además nos amenazó con retenernos la fianza que retiene verbo hasta verificar el estado de la vivienda a nuestra salida. Mi contestación fue que podia venir quien quisiera a verificar el estado de la misma ya que estaba mucho mas limpia que cuando entramos y en perfectas condiciones, nosotros no somos unos guarros, pero alli no se presentó nadie por lo que hicimos un video a nuestra salida de como se quedaba todo. Y la dijimos que no queriamos 300€para no ponerla un comentario negativo, era lo acordado porque una casa no puede estar en esas condiciones. Tenemos pruebas, fotos y videos de las condiciones de que estaba. De pena :-(

Right from the start of the holiday, this party were determined to obtain money from me. There were a few problems as my cleaner was unable to do her usual deep clean on the bottom flat, because I had let an old family friend use the bottom flat due to him being unable to travel with covid restrictions and he only vacated it at the last minute, as he had nowhere else to stay, however, my partner and I did our best (we are in our late 60's) and the result was reasonable. We were happy to pay the 140 euros for the incovenience of having to have my cleaner in to finish off the clean. I offered them a discount of 140 euros, but they wanted 300 euros and tried to blackmail me by saying that if I didnt give them the money, they would put a really bad review, but if I did, they'd give a brilliant review. I don't believe in blackmail and so I gave them nothing! I have never had a complaint like this and I suspected that these people might cause me trouble with their unfounded lies and attempts to extricate money from me. right from the start. Every time they were seen by third parties (pool cleaner /cleaner), they were happily sat around the pool, the little ones playing with some toys I bought them in the pool and generally enjoying their holiday!

Great family villa

Our group really appreciated the private swimming pool, and we also loved the nearby beaches in Calpe.
