Great stay

Great place for summer Holiday. Near a small beach, Big pool for swimming. Outdoor kitchen was good, and the outdoor seating area has a great view and a Nice breeze in the evenings

The area was perfect with the small distances to the local (calm) beach, down town Calpe and the bigger "touristic beach". All the facility was perfect with pool, out door kitchen etc. We was received by the friendly host on time and also when we left everything went smooth. We can definately recommend this house.

Villa Valle Verde family vacation

We stayed here with 7 adults and one 10 month old, 3 generations. For two weeks we had a blast!! This house has everything you would need for your vacation and the view from any of the 3 levels is just spectacular!! The onside manager, Salome, was very helpful and quickly responsive on a couple questions we had. We will defiantly come again. Thanks, Wolfgang

Pros: The communication was very good and we experienced no difficulties. The apartment, pool and outdoor areas was nice and clean. We really enjoyed a relaxing vacation in the quiet area of Calpe. The beach and Calpe-centre is in walking distance from the house. Only minus was, that a sunbed was broken when we arrived, and we got charged for breaking it, eventhough we did not. Really a shame, because everything else was excellent.

Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal in der Villa urlauben. Auch die Nachfragen des Vermieter vor und nach dem Urlaub waren genau so super wie die schnelle Rückzahlung der Kaution.

Pros: De eerste twee weken van september heb ik samen met een aantal vrienden kunnen genieten van een prachtige vakantie. Dit hadden we voornamelijk te danken aan de fantastische villa. De villa was tiptop in orde, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld een prachtig zwembad en een gezellige buitenplaats om te barbecueën. De kamers waren ook zeer aangenaam. De locatie was niet ideaal, maar zeker niet slecht. De wandelafstand naar het centrum is doenbaar, maar wel pittig omdat de villa gelegen ligt op een berg. De gastvrouw was ook zeer vriendelijk. Voor alle vragen konden we bij haar terecht. Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we een geweldige vakantie gehad en dat hadden we voornamelijk te danken aan de prachtige villa.

Pros: Fantastisk udendørs areal med flere terrasser og fine planter, dejlig udsigt, flot svømmepøl. Fint udendørs køkken med både opvask, komfur og gril. Aircondition i alle soverværelserne. To sand strande i nærheden. Cons: Noget ældre senge i et soveværelse i lejligheden på første etage, bør udskiftes. Mange håndklæder, rene men lidt slidte.

Pros: Service Juni 2021 heerlijk genoten van een vakantie in Calpe. Overigens de tweede keer dat wij een woning huren van verhuurder en ook dit keer is het ons heel goed bevallen! Contact met verhuurders verloopt heel soepel en zij reageren heel snel. Je kan bovendien merken dat zij dit met heel veel enthousiasme en liefde doen! Plaatselijk werden we overigens ontvangen door de tussenpersoon, Salome. Ook zij is de gehele vakantie at your service voor mogelijke vragen/ problemen. Villa Prachtige en zeer schone villa. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het strand ligt dan ook op zo’n 2 minuten afstand. Bovendien heeft de villa een ruime zwembad en tuin met buitenkeuken, dus een dagje “thuisblijven” was ook zeker geen straf. We hadden uiteindelijk zo erg genoten van de vakantie, dat we besloten hadden een aantal dagen te verlengen. Wij komen zeker terug en dan voor een langere periode!

Pros: Wij hebben hier in augustus een geweldig verblijf gehad. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Salome in een super schoon en fris huis. Bij vragen is zij de gehele vakantie beschikbaar. Echt alles is aanwezig, van broodrooster, tosti-ijzer tot was- en afwasmachine, zwembad, ligbedden en parasols en een enorme buitenkeuken. De airconditionings werkten perfect, bij zwoele nacht heerlijk koel naar bed. Boulevard en strand dichtbij en op loopafstand een steenstrand. Echt een aanrader, wij komen graag terug!

Pros: Es una casa muy bonita y funcional, con todo el menaje. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Especialmente agradable su terraza porticada para comer, su piscina, la zona de barbacoa a gas... Los anfitriones atienden rápidamente si hay algún problema. A mejorar: la vivienda de abajo (la casa se compone de tres viviendas) es un poco calurosa y le vendría bien una mosquitera en la ventana.

Pros: In één woord. ***GEWELDIG***. Bij aankomst bij het huis was Frauke inmiddels gearriveerd en heeft ons een korte rondleiding gegeven. Ook stond er een verfrissing in de vorm van water, wijn en frisdrank. Het huis is compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco in alle slaapkamers is heerlijk en vooral het uitzicht vanaf de eerste etage is geweldig daarom gingen wij daar met zijn allen eten. Het is een aanrader. Daarnaast is Calpe een geweldig badplaats met daarom heen de mogelijkheid om diverse uitstapjes te maken naar bv Benidorm, Denia en Moraira.
