This delightful 75² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. The property is styled with a modern touch and warm wooden details, enhanced by large windows that fill the rooms with natural light and create a calm, airy atmosphere.
The living area offers a cosy seating corner with a TV, ideal for relaxing evenings, and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen is inviting and fully equipped for social moments, featuring an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and cutlery for preparing tasty dishes.
The bathroom has everything you need for comfort, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
From the main floor, you can step out onto a charming terrace with a barbecue and dining space, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in the gentle breeze.
Upstairs, two beautifully arranged bedrooms provide restful retreats. The first has a queen-size bed, a TV, generous storage, and access to a private rooftop balcony. The second is furnished with two snug single beds, a TV, and a spacious wardrobe.
NOTE: We offer the option of converting the two single beds into a double bed, adding the comfort of a mattress topper. To do so, please ask our team.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
