Beautiful beach access property

Definitely one to save to your list of places to return too. The property was spacious and had plenty of space for a large family with conveniences to accommodate all ages. The lift inside was also a big bonus to help with bringing suitcases to the top floor. The owners were very friendly and helpful even with a late night check in. He provided his cell and was more than helpful. Beach access was easy to use and super convenient all in all a great stay!

Comfortable place and a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed being on Hutchinson Island so much. The location is great for walking, biking and running! Not in walking distance of restaurants but certainly for the ocean! The people we came in contact with in the gated community were all very friendly. The townhouse was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable as well. They also supplied all the necessities for the beach and the pool. The only down side for us was the townhome that is attached was being renovated so it was very noisy at times…. But no fault of the owners of ours. We would certainly go back again!!

Ocean Bay is a Piece of Heaven

Our stay on Hutchinson Island was absolutely wonderful, and our townhouse villa left nothing to be desired. The villa is huge and the layout allows you to have privacy even when you have many guests. The villa is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself inside and out. There is a small pool and hot tub complex which was perfect for the children and adults. There is easy beach access on both sides of the complex and you can walk the beach forever in either direction. A short ten minute walk along the sidewalk outside the complex gets you to a perfect viewing area to watch the sun set over the river. We found Ocean Bay to be quiet and the guests and owners to be extremely friendly. We are already planning to stay again in 2020. Thanks Brian and Audra for a great winter getaway.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable

This property is absolutely perfect! It is beautifully furnished, the open kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for everyone to be together without being on top of each other. Kitchen is beautifully equipped and plenty of space for creating that perfect meal! There is also a relaxing front room with beach views and balcony that can be used for anything (extra sleep, separate hangout). Two spacious bedrooms (one having a private patio) on the first floor share a full sized bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms and and two baths. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, private balcony, and a huge master bath with double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower, and private toilet!!! This property is perfect.....and don't forget to walk over to the beautiful private beach to find the most perfect beautiful shells!!!! We absolutely will be back!

The beach house is located in a great community with friendly neighbors, fantastic accommodations, and convenient access to the beach! There is enough space in this home to accommodate a large family or group with plenty of privacy at the same time!! Planning our next trip here as soon as we can get away!!

Fabulous Vacation Rental!

WHAT A PERFECT VACATION RENTAL! This was our first time booking a home rental that included clean linens for all rooms! This home was so clean, and the location was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy, as we were traveling with 3 kids! We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen after the fun day on the beach, ate at the large breakfast nook- perfect for our family. The beach is less than 200 steps from the front door.....we wish we could live there year round! The owners were readily available and very accommodating! I highly recommend this home- it's perfect for a long term rental.

RELAXATION~

WHAT A GREAT TRIP! This would be the PERFECT seasonal rental-- everything was included! The place was immaculate and we didn't have to bring anything but our bathing suits!! The beach is a hop, skip and jump away (there was even a washing station by the beach to rinse off !) The kids had a blast in the ocean and we had such a great time making dinners in the kitchen. Felt just like home. We will definitely return soon!
