The house was individually designed by one of Cyprus’s top architects and offers unique features, comfort and design.



The villa boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, featuring a mix of king-size and individual beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests as well as five bathrooms. Three en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds are located on the upper floor. The fourth bedroom, with two large single beds, is on middle floor. If you open the indoor shutters, this room also serves as a second seating room overlooking the ground floor living room. The spacious basement floor serves as the fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, TV lounge, shower room and steam bath.



The heart of the villa is its ground floor living room and the open-plan fully equipped kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances including a glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and dishes. The large patio windows open wide to join interior with the pool patio and the garden.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the villa's private 5x7m triangular swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine. The property includes a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining and socialising. A roof top terrace with a seating area and sun loungers, provide additional spaces to soak in the sun and breathtaking views.



Modern comforts are guaranteed with whole-home air conditioning, WiFi, a satellite TV with multiple language options, and a safety strongbox. The villa offers private covered parking for one vehicle but additional nearby street parking is free.

Protaras Seafront Villa AleMar is ideally located in the most exclusive area of Protaras. The nearest organized beach, about 3 minutes’ walk away is Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear waters and fine white sand that is consistently voted among the top 20 beaches of the world.



Just to the right of the villa, less than a minute’s walk, is Turtle Bay. A family of Caretta Caretta turtles live in this bay and you can often spot them if you go snorkeling. Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip is less than five minutes’ walk from the villa. This is the heart of Protaras resort, offering thriving nightlife in the summer months, all types of restaurants, lounge bars, beach bars, shops, and all amenities you would need for a great holiday.



Protaras is a family-oriented resort and there are plenty of activities for children of all ages. There are numerous organized beaches within walking distance of the villa or within ten minutes’ drive. All beaches offer crystal clear waters and white sand and there are plenty of water sport stations offering just about every water sport you can think of. The area is ideal for scuba diving with a number of shipwrecks to explore.

The cosmopolitan town of Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes’ drive away. There are many sites to explore, wonderful beaches, museums, gourmet restaurants and a thriving nightlife.



The nearest Airport is Larnaca International and is about 40 minutes away. A car is not necessary for this villa but is always a good idea if you want to explore the region and all that it has to offer. The bus service in the area is quite good and the taxis are reasonably priced and reliable.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
