The Space:
This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 14 guests and is skillfully designed for the perfect family vacation. Each bedroom features its own private en suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest. Relax by the private heated pool (available upon request), or take in the views from the spacious decks. An elevator is available for easy access to all levels of the home.
Whether you’re planning a fall getaway, a holiday escape, or looking ahead to summer 2025, Purple Rain offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and beachside convenience.

We charge $100/day to heat the pool. During the winter months, please note that we are unable to guarantee the pool heater will reach a temperature that is fully satisfying. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 30°F, we are unable to activate it. Purple Rain is in a one of a kind location on the island. The Purple Rain is quiet and completely away from the traffic and crowds of the West End.
All rooms in the front of the house on the 2nd and 3rd floors have ocean views. Rooms in the back of the house on the 2nd and 3rd floors have views of the Intracoastal & Shallotte inlet. Sunrises on the 3rd floor balcony are absolutely stunning.
Purple Rain is private, it is located on a corner lot and there is no construction behind the house. This means that while sunbathing on the pool deck, not only do you have privacy, but you also have unobstructed sun and minimal distractions.
