This historic residence, called “Le Paradis de Saint Geniès”, located in the Perigord Noir between Sarlat and Montignac offers you all the comfort and luxury for a well-deserved holiday. It is originally a charming farm dated 1680, which has been lovingly renovated and expanded by the owners who have a passion for this region. Here you can enjoy the lush garden and the beautiful private swimming pool, surrounded by the timeless landscape that makes the region so special.

In the spacious, very stylishly furnished main house you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, the layout of these bedrooms is as follows:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a large double bed and an extra single bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4 (mezzanine): 3 single beds
There are two beautiful bathrooms in the main house, one of which is fully wheelchair accessible.
The gite
You can rent this gite for an additional fee (500 euros). This is a cozy retreat (suitable for 2 adults and a child) that embodies the rustic charm of the Dordogne. This self-catering accommodation is designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The Gîte is the perfect place to accommodate extra guests or simply have more space to relax. For example, very suitable if parents go on holiday with their adult children. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of these lush gardens, a natural carpet of wildflowers and soothing green spaces. There are several terraces around the entire house, all with beautiful outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. The views from the garden and house are stunning.

Le Paradis de Saint Geniès is located close to the beautiful village of Saint Geniès, where you will find a nice market on Sundays, cozy terraces and restaurants and a very good bakery. There is also a little supermarket. You are located between Montignac and Sarlat, ideal for visiting the most beautiful towns of the Dordogne!
