Fisherman's Rest, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Dining seating for four people, a sitting room with corner sofa, electric armchair, and TV, a game room with communal games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, and TV and DVD player, and an external laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite and twin with en-suite. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Shared lawn area with play area and furniture, a designated parking place for one car and EV charging. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
