Thank you for your detailed review! We’re delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay at our Woodhill property and appreciated our prompt communication, the spacious layout, and the multiple gathering areas that comfortably accommodated your group of eight. We were, however, a little surprised by some of the concerns mentioned, as none were brought to our attention during your entire four-night stay. Our team is always readily available and would have gladly investigated and addressed anything requiring attention, including sending our cleaning team back if anything had been overlooked. Regarding the refrigerator, it was inspected both before and after your stay and confirmed to be cooling properly. Please note that placing warm food inside or overfilling the refrigerator, particularly when blocking the interior air vents, can temporarily affect its cooling performance. As for the downstairs shower, we noticed that the showerhead had been repositioned by previous guests and angled too high, causing the water pressure to push the shower curtain outward beyond the shower area, allowing water to run onto the bathroom floor. The showerhead has since been readjusted to its proper position to prevent this from happening. Thank you also for mentioning the paint touch-ups and the spiderweb. We will have our cleaning team carefully inspect these areas and pay particular attention to thoroughly cleaning them, including any overlooked corners and fixtures. Please rest assured that we regularly inspect and maintain the home, with larger maintenance projects, painting, and other improvements scheduled during vacancy periods whenever possible. We’re glad your group enjoyed the home overall, despite the weather preventing you from making the most of the outdoor amenities. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
