Malennio 36 is in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, in a strategic position to easily reach bars and restaurants. It is on the ground floor but bright and has a nice furnished garden in the back. Recently renovated, it has beautiful star-vaulted ceilings and is very bright. Although it is very central, it is on a pedestrian street protected from traffic and noise. It has a large living area formed by two star vaults. The house is 160 square meters plus 55 square meters of garden.

City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 20:30 and 00:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.

Our host, Monica, was absolutely amazing! She was so communicative from the very beginning. Made sure that we understood where to park and so much more. She even sent us a few restaurants and places to go visit throughout Lecce. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The house was beautiful. This is definitely a place that we will come back to. If you are looking for a very central and comfortable stay, then this is the place for you!
