Let’s see the details: •Private heated pool (the temperature remains stable between 27 and 28 ⁰C). If you wish to adjust the pool at a higher temperature the cost is 75 euros per degree per night, •1 big living room by the pool with sofa, coffee table, and 2 comfortable cushions, •1 main living room on the third level with a huge Italian design sofa and a recliner, a flat 55-inch tv with a lot of free satellite channels, •Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, microwave oven, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece), •A big dining area with a table that can sit up to 8 people, •1 master Bedroom with a king size bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items, 2 armchairs with a table, an office area and a 42-inch TV with a lot of free satellite channels, •1 Bedroom with a queen size bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. There are 2 hangers for your clothes and personal items on the left and on the right of the bedroom. •1 Bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items. •1 full Bathroom which has a big shower cabin with glass in the master bedroom, •1 full Bathroom which has a shower next to the bedroom with the twin beds, •1 half Bathroom with a big shower cabin on the pool level, •1 WC on the main living room on the third level, •Elevator from the basement up to the third level. The master bedroom is at the fourth level and it can be accessed by the stairs. •Parking •Strong Wi-Fi-high speed internet for you (+280 Mbps), •ACs in every bedroom and in the main living room on the third level, •Ceiling fans in every level, •Instant water heater system for immediate and continuous use of hot water, •Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, •Balcony with great views to Technopolis, Lycabettus and partial view of Acropolis. It has 2 comfortable armchairs and a coffee table where you can relax and enjoy your wine watching the beautiful sunset, •The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomile, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey. Below you will find some rules for your stay in our home. Please make sure that you have understood everything and will act accordingly:



• Smoking is prohibited in the villa.

• No pets.

• No parties or any type of events.

• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property, we must be informed in advance in order to give permission.

• Kids must never be left unattended at the pool, the elevator, the stairs, the balcony, or anywhere that could put them in danger.

• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.

• During the night, you are strongly advised to close the balcony doors and the windows of the villa and put the alarm in stay mode. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens is a safe city, but we have to be careful.

• When you leave the villa, you have to make sure that every door or window is completely closed and put the alarm in away mode through the remote control that you will be given. This has to be done for security purposes. If you leave any of the above open, you will be responsible for anything that may happen. The remote control has two buttons. You set the alarm on by pressing the locked padlock and you set it off by pressing the unlocked padlock.

• When you leave the villa, you have to make sure that you haven't left anything on. This is for safety reasons mainly as well as for environmental purposes. specifically, you have to turn off all the lights, all the A/Cs, the oven and the kitchen stove, the air absorber, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the dryer and any other electrical appliance that is on. If you leave any of the above on, you will be responsible in case anything happens.

• Do not use the elevator in case of fire or other emergency. Do not place anything including your hands between or on the elevator doors, and do not lean on the doors. Do not play in or around the elevator. Do not attempt to force the elevator doors open.

• Take a shower before entering the pool.

• Max height of the pool is 1.95 meters.

• Don't eat or drink alcohol before entering the pool.

• Diving into the pool is forbidden.

• Safety equipment such as a pool life ring and hook are available by the pool.

• Take caution of the wet floor. No running

• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else (feminine hygiene products, wipes etc.) in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.

• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the villa or the secondary door at the basement.
