Exclusive 2-bedroom property with wonderful 50m2 sea view balcony and only a few minutes walk from the sands of Porto do Mos.
Positioned on the 1st floor in the luxury “Ocean Apartments” at Porto do Mos with an outdoor swimming pool as well as the health suite with indoor heated pool and gymnasium.
Beautifully furnished, the open plan living/kitchen space is filled with light thanks to the wall-to-wall glass sliding doors which lead to the magnificent south-west facing balcony (equipped with BBQ) which overlooks the pool and where you can enjoy those sea views whilst dining al fresco or simply relaxing in the lounge chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and integrated shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) and there is a separate shower-room. Both bedrooms open onto the sea view balcony.
Features include air conditioning, centralised electric shutters, electric balcony shade, high speed Wifi.
Porto do Mos is one of the most popular beaches in Lagos, flanked on both sides by cliffs so that it is sheltered yet having easy access and having 2 great restaurants – O António and Campimar. Also within a few minutes walk of the apartment is the highly rated Amorizade restaurant. Boavista Golf & Leisure Resort is only a few minutes away by car and Lagos’ charming town centre is only 5 minutes drive from where the Old Town and Marina can be leisurely enjoyed on foot.
