A lovely holiday home with a fantastic location at Östra Stranden in Halmstad. The beautiful, child-friendly beach is just a short walk away, close enough for a morning swim in your bathrobe. Halmstad city centre is only a short drive or bus ride away. In the area, you'll find a summer restaurant, an ice cream café, and the famous Japanese mini-golf course. There are also wonderful walking and cycling paths nearby. South along the coast, you'll reach the Hagön Nature Reserve with its scenic heathland and coastal forest. The ground floor of the cottage has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a modern TV, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi. A small bedroom with a separate entrance from outside has a family bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. Upstairs, there is a spacious sleeping loft with two single beds. A lovely glazed conservatory includes a dining table and a daybed. Next to it, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The plot is small but surrounded by lush greenery. In the area, there is access to a shared laundry room. The owner also lends out two bicycles free of charge. Halmstad truly has something for everyone. Nature lovers and walkers can explore Prins Bertil’s Trail, which stretches from Halmstad Castle along the coast all the way to the Möllegård Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. The trail passes right by the cottage’s property line. If the sea isn’t warm enough, there are outdoor pools for both children and adults at "Brottet". For those interested in fishing, both the nearby Fylleån and the Nissan River, which runs through the city, offer great fishing opportunities (a fishing license is required). Halmstad is also a golfing paradise, with numerous golf courses in the surrounding area.
