Honest thing to note: Close to the property, and visible from the bedroom window, is The Tabernacle — a hidden treasure in Portobello offering a small theatre, events, and live performances.
The venue’s latest closing time is approximately 11:30pm, and it does not open early in the mornings. However, if you are sensitive to outside noise or tend to prefer early nights, this is something worth taking into consideration.
On the plus side, it adds to the vibrant local atmosphere, and guests may enjoy checking online to see what events or performances are taking place during their stay.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
