This new apartment, air-conditioned, WIFI, offers a view of the mountains.
Housed on the first floor of a villa with private garden and parking space. It is close to the beach (10 minutes) from the port, shops and the town center.
The deserted entrance to three bedrooms with 160 bedding, flat screen, desk, fitted cupboard and mountain view.
A spacious bathroom, walk-in shower, bidet and a separate toilet.
The living room connects with the kitchen / living room / dining room opening onto a spacious terrace where breakfasts can always be taken with a magnificent view of our Corsican mountains. WEBER barbecue available.
The kitchen equipped with appliances (microwave, oven, gas hob, freezer fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, SENSEO coffee machine, washing machine vacuum cleaner) A dining table for 8 people.
A leather lounge furniture the fireplace corner with flat screen.

Nice apartment in lovely Calvi

Very well equipped apartment, very clean and well maintained. Beach is only a 10 minutes walk, city center 20 minutes. Great even for a group of 4 or 6. Nice terrace with sunshine all morning and far into the afternoon.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und frisch renoviert. Die beste Wohnung, die wir bis jetzt in Frankreich hatten. Alles ist da. Der Kühlschrank mit Eis und dem gekühlten Wasser ist sehr groß und nützlich. Die Küche ist sehr groß und wir haben dort viel und gerne gekocht. Auf dem Balkon kann man zu Mittag und zu Abend gut essen, oder am Abend die Zeit verbringen. Ingrid ist hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell.

Rarement mis autant d'étoiles à une location. Portail électrique pour la voiture et la sécurité, bon, la borne auto semblait ne pas fonctionner, on a rouler au SP95. Logement nickel, grand, neuf, propre, mieux que chez moi (bein oui faut l'avouer) Bon j'avais pas tout bien lu et qu'il fallait donner 90€ pour le ménage et pas en chèque. Je lirai mieux les détails les prochaines fois. Séjour au top, prenez soin de la Corse elle est belle

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour au sein de la villa. Celle-ci offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Petits bemols: les travaux actuels juste à côté portant atteinte à la tranquillité des lieux. Moderne und großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und die Zitadelle von Calvi. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es bei der Lage lediglich wegen der doch recht lauten Geräusche von der direkt angrenzenden Straße, die recht rege befahren wird. Ansonsten alles tip top.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Ingrid, die Vermieterin, hat nach der Buchung sofort Kontakt aufgenommen und offene Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Alle Zimmer sind neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war auch mit Backofen und einem schönen, grossen Kühlschrank ausgestattet, der auch Eiswürfel ausspucken kann. Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Summa Summarum handelt es sich um eine empfehlenswerte, schöne Ferienwohnung!

Tolle Wohnung! Schöne Umgebung

Wohnung liegt 10 Min Fußweg in der hinteren Reihe. Hochwertige Wohnung, super Ausstattung. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer TV mit gefühlt 800 Sendern. Also auch deutsches TV. Sehr gepflegt. Fußläufig in Calvi alles super erreichbar. Balkon mit Markise. Klimaanlage top. Einzig morgens sind manchmal (selten)Roller unterwegs, die Vollgas geben. Das knattert halt, wenn man das Fenster mal geöffnet hat. Kann der Vermieter aber nix für 🙃
