Boa localização. Relativamente perto da praia. Tinha cozinha equipada. Ventoinhas.O chão poderia estar melhor limpo. E falhou água em 2 dias, mas disseram que era normal na ilha. A Béatrice esteve sempre disponível para as questões colocadas. Houve um mal entendido acerca da hora de check-out, mas foi resolvido e tudo correu bem.

Muito obrigada pela sua avaliação e por ter destacado a boa localização do apartamento, a proximidade da praia e a disponibilidade durante a sua estadia. Fico contente que, apesar de alguns contratempos, tudo tenha corrido bem no final. Relativamente à limpeza do chão, agradeço o apontamento — é sempre importante para podermos melhorar continuamente o nosso serviço. Quanto à questão da água, infelizmente trata-se de uma situação que por vezes pode acontecer na ilha, embora não seja frequente, e fazemos sempre o possível para intervir rapidamente e minimizar qualquer desconforto. Sobre o pequeno mal-entendido no horário de check-out, agradeço também a compreensão e a flexibilidade demonstradas. Foi um prazer recebê-la e espero poder acolhê-la novamente no futuro.
