meraviglioso

Posto incantevole, la consiglio a tutti, siamo stati molto bene, comodissima alla spiaggia, giardino molto spazioso, zona tranquilla ,a parte qualche vicino che si intratteneva con schiamazzi e risate fino alle 3 del mattino, ma capita purtroppo di maleducati il mondo è pieno. Comodissima ai servizi a piedi si va comodamente dappertutto, perfetta per chi ha bambini piccoli. la spiaggia a pochi passi è meravigliosa, con un comodo bar- servizio spiaggia nei paraggi. Casa non modernissima , ma per me non importante . Mi permetto solo 2 appunti : mancanza di climatizzatore (assolutamente necessario)e suppellettili da esterno (tavoli, sedie , ecc..) da rivedere con qualcosa di adeguato. La casa ha un potenziale infinito, con qualche piccolo accorgimento sarebbe perfetta. Grazie Simona per la cortesia, ottima esperienza.

Vive les vacances !!!

Emplacement idéal avec un dégagement agréable sur la mer. Manque toutefois un peu d’ombre à proximité de la maison (store, toile, parasol ou arbre … il ne faudrait toutefois cacher la vue ! ). Matériel quelque peu vétuste (matériel de cuisine en plastique). Le canapé-lit mériterait d’être changé. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un magnifique séjour et de belles vacances sardes 😎☀️🌴

proprieta molto disponibile e villa con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di Costa Rei

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane nella villa di Simona e Marcello. Eravamo 2 famiglie 6 adulti e una bimba di 21 mesi, Simona, la proprietaria, molto disponibile e gentile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti suo zio Carlo ma lei aveva lasciato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto..è stato pensiero molto gradito. La casa è in una posizione fantastica con accesso diretto nella splendida spiaggia di Costa Rei. La prima settimana ci siamo goduti il giardino, ben curato, con sdrai a disposizione, una doccia d'acqua fredda e a lato della casa una doccia d'acqua calda e fredda molto utile al rientro dalla spiaggia. Un ampio patio per mangiare, barbecue a disposizione in giardino.. l'interno meno curato, c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare, la cucina infatti è ben attrezzata ma i letti e le camere sono davvero scomodi, questa è stata la nota dolente della casa. Purtroppo per noi, abbiamo dovuto vivere l'interno della casa molto dato il mal tempo della seconda settimana. I bagni sono più curati, il bagno grande perfetto, quello più piccolo ha poca autonomia d'acqua calda dato che lo scaldabagno è piccolino. La villa comunque merita davvero per tanti aspetti anche se le camere ed i letti sono da rifare.. se fossero stati almeno meglio i letti sarebbe stato decisamente una valutazione maggiore...non calcoliamo il tempo perché purtroppo non ne ha colpa nessuno, tra l'altro è stato un evento straordinario. Ringraziamo Simona e a Marcello della disponibile e opportunità e speriamo un giorno di poter ritornare. La villa ovviamente la consigliamo.

Haus am Meer Herbstaufenthalt

Schönes Haus mit riesengrosser Rasenfläche direkt am Meer. Nur wenige Schritte für ins Dorf zum Einkaufen, Morgenkaffee, Restaurant. Die aufgehende Morgensonne scheint lacht einem direkt an. Haus ist zu empfehlen. Grüsse O. Schmid Schweiz

Ottima location....

....per chi vuole una vacanza all'insegna del mare. La villetta e' completa di tutto, ottima la doccia calda esterna....l'unico neo e' la mancanza di aria condizionata nel reparto notte....non serve sempre ma quando sono giornate da scirocco e' indispensabile per riposare. Il resto e' un posto da sogno.....facendo due passi ci si butta letteralmente in mare
