Indoor Facilities
Together, the two villas feature a total of nine bedrooms spread across multiple levels, offering spacious living areas, three fully equipped kitchens, and elegant ensuite bedrooms designed for comfort and style. Both residences are thoughtfully designed with a focus on relaxation and wellness, including two fireplaces, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. One of the villas includes a dedicated indoor yoga area, making it ideal for yoga retreats in Crete and wellness groups. In addition, the expansive outdoor spaces of both villas provide multiple serene spots perfectly suited for yoga sessions, meditation, or peaceful moments surrounded by nature.

Outdoor Facilities
Surrounded by olive trees and the untouched beauty of the Cretan countryside, Geroulios Estate offers expansive outdoor areas ideal for yoga retreats, private events, parties, weddings, and intimate celebrations. Guests can enjoy two private swimming pools (both of which feature a heating system), dining areas, an equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecues, and open terraces perfect for yoga sessions or meditation under the Cretan sun.
Thanks to its unique hillside location, the estate ensures absolute tranquillity, total privacy, and no sound restrictions, making it the perfect setting for gatherings, retreats, or events, and unforgettable moments with family and friends. From sunrise meditations to evening dinners under the stars, Geroulios Estate is a place where nature, luxury, and serenity come together in perfect harmony. Private parking is available on the estate for more than 10 cars.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pools can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

Event Policy
Upon request, Geroulios Kastro Villa I can accommodate weddings, events, and parties. Your event will take place in the villa’s outdoor area, which can host up to 100 guests. There is an additional cost for hosting an event at the villa, which must be paid 10 days before arrival via bank transfer. This fee covers only the use of the outdoor space and includes an extra cleaning service to be provided on the day following the event. A damage deposit is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided no damage has been caused to the villa. Lastly, there are no restrictions on the duration of your event, as the estate is located in a secluded area, ensuring privacy and flexibility.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30€ per night from April to October and 8€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
