Each villa has a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the interiors to the stunning landscape, blending contemporary elegance with natural beauty.

Adeste Seaview Villa l offers three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Adeste Seaview Villa lll features four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms, providing generous space and privacy. Adeste Seaview Villa l comes with three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional guest WC, combining functionality with refined style.

Outdoors, every villa enjoys its own private swimming pool, sun loungers, lounge corners, al fresco dining areas, and BBQ facilities -- the perfect setting to enjoy the Cretan sun by day and unforgettable sunsets by night.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Adeste Seaview Villa ll can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request for an additional cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26C depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days advance notice for this facility.

Cleaning Service
For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. We would like to inform you that we offer a daily maid service except at the weekends. If you to have a daily change of linens and towels, we could provide it (upon request) at an extra cost.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Adeste Villas Complex includes three luxury villas: Adeste Seaview Villa ll (Villa Armi - 3 bedrooms), Adeste Seaview Villa l (Villa Alai - 3 bedrooms) and Adeste Seaview Villa lll(Villa Aori - 4 bedrooms).
