The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure the house is locked and secure. Remember to also leave the front porch light on, turn off all AC units, wash any used dishes, deflate air mattress and store away in plastic container.
Place used towels on the shower floor. No need to strip bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If smoking is detected in the house their will be a $1,000 fee.

This charming older home was perfect for us and our dogs. The proximity to the town square (and Rico's for breakfast tacos!) made for a lovely walkable neighborhood feel. We love Mason, and enjoyed this house. Likely to book again.

The house is a quick walk to the square and in a really quiet neighborhood. My friends and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Shanlyn was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect place in Mason to rest up before fishing the South Llano or bouncing around the cities nearby.

Unique old home with excellent retro remodel. Low hanging staircase so watch your noggin. Some stairs to climb.. might be a challenge for some. Overall, a relaxing place to stay.. close to downtown Mason. Very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.
