Positives- [ ] Lack of WiFi forced us to play cards- [ ] AC worked wellNegatives- [ ] Wifi did not work- [ ] Bathroom 1: Toilet did not flush and shower and sink were blocked- [ ] Bathroom 2: Mold in bathroom shower- [ ] Bathroom 3: broken toilet flush button and showerhead was broken- [ ] Microwave had old food from previous guests- [ ] Found pill/medicine from previous guests on nightstand- [ ] Towels had holes in them- [ ] Single bed was dirty and had hair and dirt from previous guests, and torn pages from a child’s coloring book- [ ] General disrepair of place- broken bed in main bedroom, phone was filthy, holes in walls, visible dirt behind shelves, door broken, fire extinguisher expired- [ ] Elevator cost 20c and only went from floor one to four— a person taking the elevator still had to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. I feel that I should preface the beginning of this review with a statement that I have never written a poor review (or any review aside from rating 5 stars) for a stay at a VRBO. Even if you’re staying in an area that’s not the best because of its approximate location to a train station, there is a difference between a scruffy accommodation that is not luxury and something that is just plain dirty and in disrepair.
