Public transport is excellent, with metro and tram stops just a short walk away. Parking is available nearby at APCOA Parking Westblaak.

The apartment is located in a characteristic Rotterdam building with the typical steep Dutch stairs and no elevator. Its combination of central location, comfort and practicality makes it an ideal base for discovering the city.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the premises except outdoor areas. If this rule is broken, a fee of €250 will be charged.
• Be considerate to the neighborhood community and neighbours.
• For any stains or damages made during your stay, additional charges will be applicable for cleaning or replacement.
• Please keep the volume to a minimum from 22:00 – 09:00.
• Strictly no parties or loud music.
• Furniture must be placed back in its original position upon departure. If housekeeping needs to move it, a €100 fee will be charged.
• Do not drill or stick items to walls or surfaces.
• Losing a key will result in an additional fee of €50.
