The property is within easy reach from Rotterdam Centraal Station (12 mins walking). Excellent position for any other ventures. But, the square in front of the property is full of homeless, fentanyl fueled people, who sit against the bedroom window and against the front door. Quite unpleasant,I understand the owner of the property cannot do much about it, but equally it is important that prospective customers know. The living/dining area upstairs is large and comfortable., All the bedrooms are in the lower ground floor. The main bedroom has intensive stench of damp and mould, and the wall behind the washing machine is pealing with water. There is only one toilet downstairs for all three double bedrooms. No bedrooms have a bedside table or bedside lights.,The beds are large and comfortable. We were a group of 6 professionals and were adaptable and had good time, but these are impirtant points for owner and other prospective guests..

We’re continuously working on improving the apartment, and several upgrades were already planned. Maintenance is scheduled for the coming week to address the moisture issue you mentioned, and we have also ordered bedside tables and bedside lamps for the bedrooms to make the rooms more comfortable and practical. We’re sorry that these improvements could not be completed before your stay, but we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
