Central location was very good. The very high ceilings make the unit feel even more spacious. Air-conditioning was not good in the back bedroom and bathroom area- portable unit did not cool. Nice to have laundry. Second bedroom mattress sinks in the middle- other than that the mattresses were ok

The unit was right on La Rambla, close to everything. Getting our luggage up to the unit was a bit of a challenge, with no elevator, so be aware of that. Host was amazing: friendly and helpful. The listing says 3 bedrooms, but a better description would be 3 rooms with beds. One bedroom plus beds in the dining and living area. This unit is all about location though, so no complaints. Very close to the subway system too, so getting around Barcelona is a piece of cake.

Was a bit sceptical for the price for the location compared to hotels but was perfect. Communication was spot on & nothing was a problem. Although we were there for the football & didn’t spend much time in the apartment apart from to sleep & shower (and sauna) I wudnt have a problem staying there with my family.

Pros:Awesome location if you want to be in the center of the action3 full size beds, great for families Functional kitchen, large bathroomAlthough I am listing a lot of cons below to make sure people are aware of downsides i still think for a good size family the price vs location vs size was good and it still felt overall clean. Cons:Power outage for 1/2 days we were there. Spent 1st night no aircon 30 degrees in apartment. Due to outside roadworks. No compensation offered. Cockroach in entrance downstairs (none in apartment, but still not pleasant to come across) Wall aircon in main bedroom not working, they provided aircon where you had to stick a tube out of the balcony door, which meant lots of street noise when trying to sleep. Mouldy wall in front living room looks like aircon is leaking in wall.

Very central location, with many touristic points of interest being a 10-13 minute walk away (s/a Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaza de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, El Born, and Gothic Quarter etc..). Price was below average for a property this centrally located. Many one room hotels or hostels were priced at a comparable or even higher price range so that was one big positive. Check-in was easy, and the lady was very helpful who let us in and responded to messages quickly. Property itself is located right on Las Ramblas, so entry was difficult at times due to the constant influx of pedestrian traffic right in front of the door. Construction on the street also added to this congestion. The space was generally clean, with one working AC unit in the living room and another one which we couldn't get to work. The water from the AC unit did have to be manually dumped periodically per request of the host. Otherwise the bucket that collected the water on the balcony would overflow onto the street. There were a couple of both dead/living cockroaches found both outside and inside the property which wasn't ideal. For the location/price you could potentially overlook this, but for people traveling with families this may be a bigger concern. However, cockroaches may just be what comes with staying in older buildings in the city, since I have encountered them in other properties in past visits. Overall I had a pleasant stay, but elderly/disabled people may need to look elsewhere.

The place was terrible. The bedscannot sleep in them. They were so bad to sleep in no. Remote control for the TV there was no elevator we had a do stairs. And for elder people with disability, there was no way that we could get into those rooms. So I give it a terrible place to stay.

The apartment has an undeniably privileged location in the city — truly excellent. Unfortunately, that is the only positive point. The rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.The apartment is in poor condition overall. Several things are broken or malfunctioning, and the place was noticeably dirty upon arrival. The towels and sheets had an unpleasant smell, which immediately set a bad tone for our stay. The kitchen is practically unusable, with missing or non‑functional items. The AC and TV were advertised but simply did not work at all.The bathroom layout is also misleading. They claim to offer a sauna, but in reality it’s just being used as a storage closet for cleaning supplies. It felt careless and unprofessional.We stayed for two nights and that was more than enough. We will not return. This is exactly the type of listing that Vrbo should not allow on the platform — misleading, poorly maintained, and far below basic hospitality standards.

Le seul avantage de cet appartement est sa localisation. Cet appartement est insalubre et c'est une honte de le proposer a la location : balcon qui ressemble à une décharge publique, dégât des eaux bien visible sur un mur, fils éclectiques qui pendent dans la cuisine,pas assez de vaisselle,pas de torchon et pour finir,des cafards nous ont rendu visite dans la douche.nous sommes vraiment déçues et mecontentes

The location was spectacular for sightseeing and tourist activities. Most of our tours originated at Placa de Catalunya which was just two blocks; and it has a metro station as well. As for the room, the bath had been remodeled but could only deal with a max of two persons at any given time. The kitchen had all the necessities. But the sleeping accommodations were not private. The VRBO amenities said there was a hot tub, but actually it is a sauna which is not a plus in the summer. The real downside is for any traveler with luggage. The room is on the third floor, no elevator, very narrow stairs and no help from the property management agent who opened the unit for us. My major gripe was the air conditioning was out; a portable unit was brought in but it vented the hot discharge into the room which defeated the purpose. The owner was not amenable to a discount. We had to have the windows open at night and the neighborhood is as loud as NYC to about 2AM. Lastly, as much as you read about La Rambla (on which we fronted), know that it is a construction zone and will be for some time.

La locación está excelente en el corazón de la rambla, pero no es el más bonito lugar, la entrada es muy confusa y sucia, subes por unas escaleras sucias , vimos un par de cucarachas muertas en las escaleras, un día al regresar al apartamento estaba una persona en la entrada del edificio muy sospechosa como tratando de entrar , me le acerqué me miró y salió huyendo, hecho que me dio desconfianza, aunque el apartamento en si tiene una cerradura de caja fuerte, en pocas palabras si te quieres quedar aquí por la locación hazlo, pero el lugar no es el mejor, la regadera apenas si salía el agua el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Si eres aventurero y no te importa la gran comodidad es el lugar para ti, yo fui con mi familia y no me sentí de lo más seguro aquí, no lo recomiendo.

Posizione ottima.Ci é stata venduta come casa per 6 persone, ma mancavano persino le sedie per mangiare tutte assieme. Doccia calda garantita solo per 3 persone, avvisati del non funzionamento della sauna solo al momento dell’arrivo. Caffettiera rotta, stoviglie insufficienti. Nonostante l’host sia stata molto accogliente al nostro arrivo, sicuramente non consiglieremo questo appartamento.

Contact met de aanbieder ging gemakkelijk via Vrbo en de whats-app.Locatie van de accomadatie is perfect! Alles op loop afstand. Helaas was er elke dag werkzaamheden aan de ramblas wat voor lawaai in de ochtend zorgde, maar heeft de pret niet mogen drukken. Dikke aanrader!
