Welcome to your private, modern ground-floor apartment, tucked just off the street in a peaceful residential setting.

You enter into a comfortable living room featuring a large sofa bed (converts into a double for additional guests), a smart TV, and a cosy electric fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings in.

Down the hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.

The bedroom overlooks the garden and features a comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe for storage, plus an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

At the end of the hallway is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including a brand new oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. A dining table for four makes it easy to enjoy meals indoors, or step outside to the private garden.

The fully secured garden is perfect for guests travelling with pets, offering a safe and private outdoor space to relax, dine, enjoy BBQs, or let your dog stretch their legs.

📍Great Location:
You have the convenience of a Tesco Express almost immediately across the street. The waterfront is about a 15 minute walk away, you’re bound to find it if you just take a right out your front door. You’ll pass the historic Eastney Tavern, and be greeted by the beachfront cafe The Coffee Cup. North of you is Fratton Park if you fancy catching a game, and several other pubs. Just across from you is also a playground, and if you are a biker the Hayling ferry is close by and allows bikes for free- why not bike the Southsea waterfront then catch the short ferry to Hayling?

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 25 min walk.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
Pets are not allowed upstairs on beds or on the furniture.

➕Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.
