I’m Lu and I’ve lived on the island all my life but love to travel. I’ve got three grown up sons and three grandsons. I live with my husband Nic and our two dogs just ten minutes away from The Old Chapel.
Why they chose this property
I’ve known this chapel for many years and, in fact, used to live almost next door. When it closed for worship it was so interesting watching the builders reinvent it as a dwelling and when it went up for sale I had to have a look and just instantly knew it was the holiday home my husband and I had been looking for. We had both been looking for somewhere that was homely but with a ‘wow’ factor. Somewhere we’d be pleased to holiday in. It just felt right.
What makes this property unique
The view from the windows on the gallery is beautiful. The private little garden accessed through the car park is secluded, safe and again has lovely views.
