Golygfa consists of a kitchen with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, a living/dining room with a Smart TV, balcony and seating.The bedrooms include a ground-floor double and a twin serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and a swing seat, as well as a lower garden terrace with a lawn and furniture, along with off-road private parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 4.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.6 miles, a pub. Have a magnificent trip away at Golygfa. Note: There are 11 steps to the lower garden terrace, and a further 15 steps to the next level, with 9 steps down to the driveway at the rear. Note: Guests can drop off luggage at the front door before parking behind the property down a steep hill. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP.

Town: Llanystumdwy is a charming Welsh-speaking village resting between Chwilog and Morfa Bychan. The village is well-known as being the location of the National Writer’s Centre for Wales, and offers a good selection of attractions, including the Amgueddfa Lloyd George Museum, walks along the Afon Dwyfor, and the Rabbit Farm. Dining options include the welcoming Tafarn Y Plu, where you can sample local ales and hearty pub meals in a traditional inn set within a Grade II listed building. The Property was great for the 4 of us and the location was fantastic. The children enjoyed the novelty of the split level garden. Unfortunately no toilet roll provided so needed an extra 30min trip after arrival, and cobwebs in the room corners could do with a dust. Overall a great stay.
