Lovely place, immaculately clean and everything you could need for your stay.
The back door opens onto a patio area, through an archway at the bottom of the patio you reach a garden that is secure and perfect for dogs.
Only negative is the water pressure in the shower.

This was our second stay at this lovely cottage, along with our two dogs.
This was our second stay at this lovely cottage, along with our two dogs. It is very well equipped and comfortable. An ideal location in a quiet village with the village store two minutes walk away and a dog friendly pub serving meals also a couple of minutes away. A very quiet location, the cottage has an enclosed court yard with table and seating and a barbecue and also an enclosed garden. It is only a 15-20min drive to Pensarn Beach, which is great for dogs having long stretches of sand and the sea is never too far out. There is a great cafe there, little shops, a crazy golf course and amusements. Cars can also park on the beach at one side (dogs not allowed on this part). There is a large car park on the side where dogs are allowed which is next to the beach and all parking is free. The cottage is ideally based for Llandudno, Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy etc and also for heading inland to Betwys Coed and Snowdonia. I give this cottage 10 stars for everything and we look forward to staying again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage was lovely and the secure paddock for the greyhounds was an added bonus. It is lovely and peaceful, very relaxing and well equipped. Local pub is dog friendly and just across the road, handy for meals. The owner was helpful but never intrusive.
The shower is a little difficult to access but overall we loved everything.

Comfy little cottage, close to the coast.
Comfy little cottage, close to the coast. Great for dogs as the courtyard and the attached lawned area is totally secure, there being a solid wall all around and strong fence separating next doors garden.
Only downside was the hot water. There is only a small electric heater under the kitchen sink, for hot water, which quickly runs out. If you do a lot of washing up you'll need several fills of the electric kettle. Tumble dryer was a godsend as there was no washing line in the garden

Lovely cottage, great value for money, only area for improvement would be a new mattress but didn’t take away from a great stay
Great location to reach beach or mountains
Also you receive notification on arrival not to leave dogs in property alone, this isn’t detailed at booking. This wasn’t enforced (slight comment was made) but wouldn’t have booked if known in advance

A very dog friendly cottage with a large garden, which was great for the dogs as there were no footpaths nearby. A bit smaller than we expected, but adequate space. Situated in a courtyard along with another cottage and the B&B, we kept the blinds closed for privacy. Quite a step up into the shower cubicle, but we noticed a footstool, so probably should have used that. It would have been nice to have information on the local area, eating and walking. Travelled to dog friendly walks, but found some great beaches.

It is often difficult to find accommodation that will take 3 dogs but The Stables is a little gem.
It is often difficult to find accommodation that will take 3 dogs but The Stables is a little gem. The garden is perfect for dogs with the patio and lawned area. There was sufficient equipment in the kitchen to prepare and cook simple meals. The location is great, set in a village for peace and quiet but within a short driving distance to the beach. It met all our requirements for a relaxing weekend break.

The local pub opposite, had no bitter on our visit, and was advised by a local not to eat there.
North Wales is not a dog friendly area, dogs not allowed on most beaches, parks or council land.

The Stables were well equipped but not really suitable for people with leg problems as there a a few steps which have to be negotiated from room to room. It is ideal for dogs as there is a field which is enclosed. There is a patio area to sit out to eat and drink. The owners were very caring and very helpful.

Lovely break but unfortunately pub was closed Monday and Tuesday and we were only there Monday to Thursday . Local shop well stocked and big plus for us was the enclosed garden and patio for the dog, as local footpaths in village not used and blocked off. Would certainly recommend to others as not far to access many amenities and coast.
