Whether you’re a professional on a weekday work trip or a cycling enthusiast chasing weekend strava routes, this space delivers.

• 2 king-sized bedrooms with crisp linens and blackout blinds
• A dedicated sofa bed alcove (not in the living room) for added space and privacy
• A bright, modern kitchen and dining space with everything you need to cook or refuel
• Smart TV & fast Wi-Fi—whether it’s remote work or Netflix
• Washer/dryer for those longer countryside stays
Plus:
• Free on-street parking with two dedicated spaces. Plus other spaces available on street.
• Secure space to store bikes
• Green parkland just beyond the garden gate—ideal for morning coffees or post-ride strolls

Bonus for commuters: We can make a commuter bike available for guest use. It’s a quick 10-minute cycle to the nearest station (Leatherhead), where you can lock up the bike and hop on a direct train into London. Just let us know in advance if you’d like to use it during your stay.
