Each floor features an attractive outdoor area, with the highlight being the 360° roof terrace offering sensational panoramic views. From here, you can enjoy views of the marina, the Baltic Sea, the Schlei estuary, the Schlei fjord, and the surrounding nature reserve.

Living and Dining Area on the Ground Floor

The light-filled ground floor of the 102 m² holiday home Schleivilla Hafenblick by Seeblick Ferien ORO features an open-plan living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to the seaside terrace – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue with a view of the harbor activity. The comfortable living area invites you to relax with a sofa, a smart TV with home entertainment, and high-speed internet. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with a spacious table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, including a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers.

Relaxing Area on the Upper Floor
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with water views. The master bedroom, facing the harbor, is furnished with a double bed and offers access to a balcony and the large roof terrace. The second bedroom overlooks the Schlei fjord and has two flexible single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with additional flat-screen TVs and blackout blinds. A fifth sleeping space is located in the living room on the sofa.

Also on the first floor is a modern spa bathroom with a shower and Finnish sauna cabin – naturally with a water view. A guest WC is also available on the ground floor.
