Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send a photo of their National ID card/Passport/Driving license before check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
The external Juliet Balcony door will shut abruptly on windy days. Please be careful to close this door any time you leave the apartment.
Please note there is no TV at the property.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
