Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our host Ken was extremely helpful, accommodating and responsive to every message. The Villa was beyond stunning. Every bedroom was comfortable and spacious. We cannot wait to go back as soon as we can to enjoy the spectacular views and infinity pool. The villa caretaker team was amazing as well.

The house was amazing! The views are fabulous. Alma is so nice and her meals are delicious!!! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay…

Ken, the property owner was very responsive from the beginning of the process to the end of our stay. The house was wonderful and both our chefs were amazing. The house is also close to pretty much anything you might want to do. Our stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in PV, Casa Loma should be on your list.

Fab getaway

Beautiful and comfortable villa with incredible views made for the perfect getaway for a group of 6. Wonderful staff, responsive host. Wifi could be stronger to make this location perfect, but we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the house! The property is well kept and has all the necessities and more! Kens guide to all is so helpful in planning out activities and restaurants!! The pool was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back next time!!

Stunning & Private!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this stunning villa and charming property. Well appointed, clean, and private. We loved the warm pool and patio - better than a resort! Great location to enjoy south shore and easy Uber rides to town for dinners and adventures. Absolutely fabulous stay. We’d definitely book this again.

What a great place!!!!

We have rented many places and this place was the best! The house is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were helpful. By far the best was the view. Would love to come back some time.

Amazing experience!

We absolutely loved staying at Ken’s property just outside the Zona Romantica. The view was incredible, we witnessed some beautiful thunderstorms, and the staff he recommended were all very kind and cooked delicious breakfasts/dinners. It’s nice to stay outside the downtown area but still be so close. Definitely recommend :)

Great getaway

The house is beautiful. Ken responded quickly with any questions and had Aden on call to assist us when needed. We had breakfast made for us..which was delicious.

AMAZING, RELAXING VACATION!

We loved our stay! Our host was excellent! Spent 7 days relaxing and swimming in the pool, rarely left the property. View is stunning, home is beautiful and beds are really comfy. Elba cooked us an amazing meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. Taxis and Ubers are convenient to take into town. Absolutely 10/10!!!

Incredible Experience!

My family and I just spent a week at Ken‘s house and we had such an amazing trip. The views are breathtaking. The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed. Ken was available when we had questions. The neighbors were very friendly. The Surrounding restaurants and beaches were perfect. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Relaxing - beautiful - wonderful holiday

A little piece of paradise! Loved our stayed - home was well appointed, beds were amazing! Had everything we needed! What can you say about the patio and pool and that view! Perfect Place in PV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Puerto Vallarta. Lower key and away from the crowds were what we were looking for, so this house was perfect. The view is amazing. The host was very easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. Both breakfast with Conchi and massages with Erika were great and very easy to coordinate. We loved this house and hope to return very soon!

Perfect Trip

We had an awesome stay at Ken’s home. Beautiful location and the views were stunning. All of the recommendations Ken provided were great. I would suggest stopping for groceries or having someone buy groceries and deliver them before your arrival. There are no real places to shop within 20 minutes of the house.

A Wonderful Experience

A wonderful and quiet retreat! This place has everything you need to sit back, relax, and soak up the best of Mexico. We were a little concerned at first that we might be too far from town or face inconveniences, but this is not the case at all. Taxis and Uber are abundant and we had no issues getting to and from the house at all. We would highly recommend this place.
