Woodbury in Teignmouth, Devon, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Woodbury is a homely bungalow on the hill above the beach and town centre of the Devon seaside town of Teignmouth. The bungalow sleeps five people in a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with family bathroom with shower. On the same level is a sitting room with dining area and great views and a kitchen. Outside is enclosed garden to front and back, with lawn and patio with barbecue and furniture. Off road parking for one car. Just over a mile from the beach and town amenities, Woodbury is a welcoming base for a fun Devon holiday. Good house keeping bond of 250GBP
Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Off road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop is 100 yards and pubs in the town 1.5 miles. Note: Steep drive, please take care.

The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills of Dartmoor can be seen. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, whilst both the town and Shaldon hold annual carnivals and water regattas. If you decide to venture further afield, there is plenty to see and do close to Teignmouth including; the stunning Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are well worth exploring.
