Amaltheia Luxury Residence is located in a tranquil spot in Sarakina, ideal for discovering the authentic beauty of the Rethymno countryside and enjoying the natural serenity of the landscape, while still remaining close to the vibrant towns and golden beaches of Crete.

This elegant residence covers 130 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior design blends modern lines with natural materials and earthy tones, creating an atmosphere of absolute relaxation and understated luxury.

Layout
Ground Floor

As you pass through the entrance, you are welcomed by a beautifully landscaped courtyard with flowers and outdoor lounge seating, perfect for morning coffee or cool evenings under the stars.

Entering the interior of the house, you step into a bright hallway. On your right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing homemade meals. To the left, the main dining and living area opens up, furnished with modern décor, a large smart TV, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, increasing the residence’s capacity to 8 guests.

In the same area, there is also fitness equipment, including an elliptical machine and a stepper, allowing you to stay active even during your holidays.

First Floor

Climbing the internal staircase, you reach the first floor, where three bedrooms are located, all equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Each bedroom features two single beds that can be joined to form a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00), adaptable to the needs of each guest.

This floor also includes a stylish bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for moments of personal care and relaxation.

Roof Garden

An additional staircase leads to the impressive roof garden of the residence — the true jewel of Amaltheia. This outdoor space is fully equipped with:
