Charming cottage with views, between Toulouse and Carcassonne

The Chalet is located on the southern slope of meadows, completely private and not overlooked. Lovingly built by the owner with wood cut on the site, warmth and charm will seduce you. The 35 m2 terrace with view of nature are furnished with outdoor lounge and dining table for six, parasol and BBQ. The interior is 64 m2. The large living room very bright consists of a comfortable living room with sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, wood stove and bar. There is even a rocking chair! The dining area seats 4 or 6 places, following the composition of your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic plate four homes, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. Two pretty rooms with 140 beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, chair and wardrobe welcome you for peaceful nights. (Two additional beds in comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.) The bathroom with its walk-in shower, sink, cupboards and separate toilet complete the quality services. You have around the house and a shaded area with table behind so that everybody finds a place to rest or play quietly. Internet access. Private road with gate. Parking on site. Everything is prepared for your arrival with beds made. You can find the necessary cleaning during the stay. Three hours of final cleaning included in the rental price. Your home agent, bilingual English-French, is available for the duration of your stay to inquire or assist you if needed. Bikes to borrow upon request.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cosy chalet! Our contact for the reservation was very helpful and kind, as were the owners who live nearby and who are always willing to help out with anything or give tips about what to do during your stay. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The area is beautiful and peaceful too. No noisy neighbours or busy roads for miles around! We highly recommend the chalet.

Gîte à la campagne au calme

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans ce chalet des Cammazes. C'est une ambiance chaleureuse et le gite est bien équipé. Il y a de nombreuses choses à découvrir dans les environs (rigole de la montagne, via ferrata, randonnées nocturnes) et le village très accueillant (bar épicerie, office de tourisme, vide grenier).

calme et nature

le chalet est vraiment en pleine nature au grand calme. Il est bien équipé. Il est très bien situé pour les randonnées sans prendre la voiture. Elles ont été agréables malgré un temps très pluvieux car les forêts sont denses. Le village est isolé et donc il faut prévoir un minimum de ravitaillement pour l'arrivée. L'accueil par Elizabeth Arthur a été parfait, elle donne beaucoup de renseignements et surtout elle est très aimable et souriante.

Excellent séjour en famille. Le chalet est tout simplement superbe, la literie est confortable,la terrasse spacieuse et le petit coin balancelle très sympa, où l’on peut lire au calme après avoir choisi un bouquin dans la grande bibliothèque du salon. Tout est prévu pour passer d’agréables vacances au calme en plein milieu de la nature. Merci à Elisabeth très attentionnée et disponible en cas de besoin. Je conseille vivement cette location. Nous y reviendrons, c’est certain !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce chalet magnifique dans un calme absolu. Le chalet est très agréable et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Nous avons occupez les lieus avec nos 2 filles de 10 ans et 18 mois, les activités ne manquent pas (jeux, livres...) Vous ne serez pas dérangé par les voisins, il n'y en a pas... Ou que vous regardiez, vous ne verrez que la nature. L'accueil est également parfait. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et confortable, n'hésitez plus c'est ici !
