Inside, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large, tastefully furnished living room and a dining area where you can share moments in total relaxation. The kitchen room, equipped with a kitchenette, is functional and well organized, perfect for preparing lunches and dinners overlooking the sea. The sleeping area houses two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious triple with double and single beds, and a twin with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups of friends. The bathroom, complete with a shower box, is nice and practical.
The outdoor spaces are the real heart of Appartamento Ponente: on the one hand, a private area that opens directly from the triple room, perfect for enjoying the quiet of the morning or a moment of reading at sunset; on the other, an entrance veranda furnished with a dining table and garden furniture, where you can sip a glass of wine with the sea breeze caressing your face. At guests' disposal: air conditioning in the main bedroom, ceiling fan in the dining area, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a comfortable shared outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8 .
