Serra degli Angeli is a lovely vacation villa with garden in Porto Cesareo, just 50 meters from the beach of Riva degli Angeli.
The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,
iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets on the windows,
electric oven. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, outdoor
shower and barbecue.
The cottage Serra degli Angeli offers up to 7 beds. Pets are allowed.

Vacation house Serra degli Angeli is developed with a large exterior elevation and double entrance
facing two main roads in the locality of Riva degli Angeli, a
residential and quiet seaside resort on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The sandy beach is just 50 meters away, with wooden path and walkway.
Serra degli Angeli is surrounded by a large garden furnished
with sofas and tables for outdoor dining, fully fenced. There is also a
barbecue for preparing tasty grills under the starry Salento sky.
A
veranda introduces the interior rooms. The living room is large and
furnished with an open kitchen, dining room, fireplace and sofa.
A small hallway leading to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 1 full shower room. The 7 sleeping place is a cot present in the house.
 
The surroundings of Serra degli Angeli
 
The area of Padula Fede in which the villa is located falls within the Palude del Conte Nature Reserve. It is characteristic for the large unspoiled green areas, dunes and natural ponds that draw the landscape. Villa Serra degli Angeli is a short walk from a large natural lake Lago di Cecita, where you can walk in the shade of the pine forest.
The area is served by a supermarket, a small bar and the Punta Grossa tourist complex, where there is a restaurant, pizzeria, soccer fields, tennis courts and bowling alley. A few minutes` drive away are Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 63 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
