Very close to Loudenvielle and Peyragudes, in Mont, in a very pretty typical village and high up at 1300m of altitude you will benefit from a breathtaking view on the valley, the lake of Génos / Loudenvielle and the summits ..

Our restored stone barn (chalet type) and equipped with every comfort, is classified 3 stars for tourism for 6 people, for optimum comfort.

The living room opens to a balcony of 10 m2, south west orientation, the view is breathtaking!

Baby equipment: high chair, cot, baby carrier, bath.

Usability front of the fireplace and around the large square table. For your comfort one large sofa and two armchairs and the living room is spacious and bright. TV + board games.

Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer - dishwasher - induction hob - oven - microwave - coffee maker - Raclette service - fondue - toaster - vacuum cleaner - storeroom with washing machine - ironing board + iron.

The 10m2 balcony has a garden and a store. Thanks to the exposure of the village, you can enjoy maximum sunlight until sunset. Small flowery courtyard with barbecue, facing the valley.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms sleeping 140 * 190cm + 1 small room / cabin with 2 bunk beds 90 * 190cm - bathroom consisting of a shower, sink and toilet, hair dryer. A 2nd WC is on the ground floor.

On site, from the village for many hikes on marked trails and accessible to all, church classified as a historical monument, artisan cheese MONT devil.

belle panorama

excellent vue sur les Pyreneeen. Quiet location on 10 -15 km of very much attractions. spacious house, beautiful furniture, eg a clock, a big four, an enourmous cupboard. no garden, only a balcony en two terrasses . Kitchen is not too big. Plastic sheets are not very comfortable (sweaty).

Gîte très confortable à moins de 10min de la sation de Peyragudes

Très bonne disponibilité de la gérante, à l'accueil comme au départ.En rdc un grand salon (grande télé fibre ce qui a permis aux enfants de retrouver leurs émissions favorites en replay) salle à manger cuisine et WC plus terrasse plein ouest avec une très jolie vue, où tout est en parfait état. A l'étage 4 chambres dont deux avec télé et une salle de bain avec WC.Nous y étions à 7, 4 adultes 3 enfants 10-12 ans, et avons trouvé assez d'espace pour nous sentir à l'aise.

Séjour formidable

Le logement est très bien équipé et tout confort. ( mieux en vrai que sur les photos du site) Il ne manque rien. Le village de Mont et très beau, ballade autour et fromagerie délicieuse. Nous avons pu profiter du feu d artifice du 14 juillet de loudenvielle sur notre balcon. A refaire en hiver pour la neige

Au top pour la découverte du ski

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille, avec la découverte du ski pour les 3 enfants : station de Val Louron idéale, tarifs accessibles, proximité (20 mn de voiture ), chalet dans un charmant village, calme, vue magnifique, bref tout était parfaitement adapté. Nous reviendrons. Merci !

s'élevait pour atteindre la plénitude

Ancienne grange complètement rénovée, offrant un excellent confort, une très bonne literie et une hygiène parfaite. Cuisine entièrement équipée et fonctionnelle, un salon chaleureux et une superbe vue sur la vallée du Louron. Plusieurs départs de randonnées au sein du village nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse pleine de charme et de confort, un ravissement.

Gîte très bien situé car au départ de nombreuses balades.

Chalet très bien équipé et doté d'une vue exceptionnelle. Si on s'organise pour les courses, on peut ne pas utiliser la voiture quotidiennement et c'est très agréable de partir en balade à la sortie du chalet

Magnifique

Jolie maison, tres bien équipee, avec vue magnifique sur la montagne. Située dans un bel petit village.Contact très gentil avec les proprietaires. La région est parfaite pour toutes activtées sportives, surtout le vélo, et les randonnées, mais aussi des excursions culturelles. Le séjour dans "La Grange Amédée" nous a beaucoup plu. Nous aimerons bien revenir.

Le bon choix !!

Nous avons fait le bon choix en choisissant ce merveilleux gite tout confort, conforme à l'annonce. Dans un site magnifique, idéal pour le repos, idéal pour les randonnées en famille. Les enfants ont été heureux de ce faire de nouveaux petits amis dans ce sympathique village où les enfants peuvent courir et jouer en toute sécurité dans un dédale de petits "passages secrets"... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour "approfondir" la découverte de cette région. L' agréable accueil à notre arrivée et l'apéro surprise offert :) ont été une introduction idéale. L'univers Balnéa est à découvrir ! Nous recommanderons sans peine ce gite autour de nous et remercions les propriétaires pour leur service. Bien cordialement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet, qui est très cosy, spacieux, très bien équipé, de bon goût, confortable et surtout qui a la plus belle vue de Mont! Le village est charmant et ses villageois agréables, nos échanges avec les hôtes ont été très amicales. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette superbe vallée et dans ce chalet!

Une très très belle adresse...

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et la bouteille de vin en Bienvenue ! Nous avons adoré cette maison spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, bien décorée, et que dire de la vue ! Exceptionnelle comme le précise l'annonce. Nous avons profité de ce magnifique paysage depuis l'intérieur de la maison, depuis le balcon et depuis la cour aménagée où nous avons pu profiter des bains de soleil à tout moment de la journée. La vallée est splendide et beaucoup de randonnées sont faciles à faire avec les enfants. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans ce superbe petit village de montagne, où nous avons par ailleurs dégusté un excellent fromage en direct du producteur (fromagerie du diable de MONT) ! MERCI
