Welcome to Rome! Il Villino di Adelchi offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Located in an elegant building, in the “Dream” district, in the Grottaperfecta area, 15 minutes by bus from Metro B “Basilica di San Paolo”. The neighborhood is equipped with all services.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is completely at your disposal, ideal for a couple, a family and for digital nomads.
The apartment is on two levels connected to each other by an internal staircase.
It consists of:
Kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, moka for Italian espresso, microwave, kettle, wine glasses, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
A double bedroom furnished with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and air conditioning (active in summer).
A triple room furnished with three single beds, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and air conditioning (active in summer). Both bedrooms have a view and access to the private garden.
A bathroom complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
A bathroom complete with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
Living room equipped with dining table and smart TV. Guaranteed wi-fi connection throughout the apartment.
Large furnished terrace with a comfortable sitting area, where you can relax outdoors.
