Location was great, easy to get to everything on foot. Very nice area of town. We were only in Rome for 2 nights and the flat was plenty for our needs.
Chiara was helpful and responsive while we were guests at the apartment. The building is quiet and in a very nice area close to the park. The apartment was cozy and clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Grazie mille Claire, it was very nice being your host, arrivederci, Chiara
Perfect apartment for our family of 4. Tons of space and great bathrooms. Beautiful, quiet area away from the crowds but close enough to get everywhere. Definitely recommend!
The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We had a fantastic time. Chiara was wonderful, providing us transport from Airport and helpful local insights.
Thank you!
My family of 4 adults immediately felt at home. We were warmly greeted and treated to a wonderful welcome basket of yummy food, and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! The location was close to the Spanish steps, and a local Coop store was just several blocks away. Chiara was an excellent host and we would definitely plan to stay here again!

Thank you Martin, it was great hosting you, arrivederci! Chiara
We had a wonderful stay in Rome thanks to Chiara. Chiara looked after us by scheduling our transport to and from the airport and recommending where to go while in Rome. The apartment was in a great location with plenty of restaurants, a nice bakery and convenient supermarket nearby. My son loved the Mezzanine level bedroom he had to himself!
The apartment had a good location but was also in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Chiara is a bonus. She made us feel instantly feel comfortable and welcome. We also did a walking tour of Rome with Chiara. Excellent!
The apartment was exactly as advertised, was clean and accommodated five of us comfortably. It was very quiet, which was wonderful for us as we were out all day and only at the apartment to sleep. Chiara was great to work with, so responsive, even organizing a pick up for us at the airport and then meeting us at the property upon arrival to let us in, hand off keys, and even took the time to share tips about where to eat, best ways to get to our different tours, etc. She was great to work with, and we would call her again in the future.
This is the best get away I have enjoyed in a while. The apartment manager Chiara was so accommodating and the best host anyone could have. We got there late at night and she was there waiting with goodies for my children. She explained everything and everywhere to us. She checked up on us everytime to make sure we were alright. The apartment was really a home away from home. So nice and neat. I'll do this again and again. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

Arrivederci, Chiara
Not only was the apartment amazing (and better than shown), Chiara is quite honestly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. In addition to booking the apartment through her, we did two tours with her (walking tour and The Forums/St. Clement’s Basilica). We literally could not have asked for a better tour guide or better experience adventuring the city! We would 100% stay at a property of Chiara’s again and would do tours again with her in the future. We are so thankful for all of her assistance during our trip and would recommend her with zero hesitations. Thank you for the beautiful memories, Chiara! Grazie mille!!!

Thank you Richelle, it was really lovely being your host in Rome :-)
We had an excellent stay in Rome at the apartment! The beds were comfy, our children enjoyed having their own space and we really appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The a/c was great, as we still had mostly 90+ degree days during our stay. We did not eat in, but the apartment seemed well apointed. It is located at the top of a hill, which was not an issue for us, but might be handy to know for others. We were within walking distance to most sites and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro. There is also a small elevator for the building.
I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Chiara! She was quick to respond to questions and had clear communication. She arranged a car service to/from the airport. As a registered tour guide, she was able to secure Colosseum tickets for us after I messed it up. We also booked her for a tour of the Colosseum and Forum, which my kids loved! Chiara being from Rome really enriched the experience for my boys, as well as her engaging storytelling.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend the apartment to friends!
We had THE most amazing long weekend in Rome! And it started the second we walked into this apartment. Located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood that is walking distance to Piazza di Spagna, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Villa Borghese Park and more.
The apartment is located in a charming building, well-decorated inside with a comfy sofa, great pillows, stocked with books, two beautiful bathrooms, a washing machine, impeccably clean and felt like we were the first to stay there. There was even a high chair, portable crib, baby bathtub, play mat and toys for our 8 month old. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment and how comfortable we felt.
But it gets better. We booked two tours with Chiara. Not only is she a wonderful, detail oriented property manager, but she is a phenomenal tour guide with a wealth of information about Roman history and art. We feel so lucky & grateful to have experienced the Vatican Museums, Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, and Castel Sant'Angelo with Chiara. She brought Roman history to life for us and our 11 & 8 year old kids. We hope to return to Rome and stay here again and tour another part of Rome with Chiara.

Grazie! è stato bellissimo conoscervi ed ospitarvi in Casa Aurora! The most beautiful family in the world! <3
Remember this is not a hotel - it is a private apartment. The apartment is newer and ikea furnished. And you are in Rome where life is different from wherever you live. We stayed for 11 days.
Linens are not changed - you can hire a cleaning service to clean/change linens and bring fresh towels. Chiara was a gem, she did have the service come and deliver some additional towels.
There is a washer but you use a drying rack to dry anything you wash. Sometimes this can take a long time, especially for towels.
There is a grocery store a few blocks away - for necessities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We purchased a few things and left them for the next person.
No doorman that we saw, and while people did not always completely shut the downstairs door, the apartment is in a very safe area and were we very comfortable.
The entry needs some additional lighting and updating, the lift, while easy to use has limitations as to numbers of people and weight - this is NOT unusual in Italy. These are older buildings.
As it is an apartment, there can be noise - children crying, dogs barking - after all people live there.
Showers could use something, a table or a hanger to put your soap, shampoo, washcloth, etc on.
We had a great time and would strongly consider renting here again.
Thank you Chiara for being so warm and welcoming to these novice Italian travelers. Grazie

Thank you for your feedback Kathy, I am happy to read that you've enjoyed your stay in via Aurora.
For long stays, we usually provide extra towles and a weekly cleaning of the apartment with change of linen and towels; I am afraid there was a misunderstanding during the check-in, as when I asked which was the best day for the cleaners to come, you said that there was no need to schedule it and so I cancelled it. I am very sorry.
It was very nice meeting you and hosting you in Rome, ciao, Chiara
