About this property

Nethercote, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

Constructed by an award-winning local developer in 2023, Neathercoat is a stunning three storey end terrace town house nestled quietly within the exclusive Three Lifeboats complex in the heart of ever popular Wells-next-the-Sea. Paying homage to the town's proud lifeboat heritage, this home offers chic, contemporary open-plan coastal living, immediate access to fresh sea air, expansive blue skies and all the irresistible charms of this delightful seaside resort. You are sure to be smitten!

As you pass through the front courtyard garden and open the front door into the hallway, you will appreciate an immediate sense of space, light and smart design. To the right of the hallway sits an open-plan living space running the full length of the house, with bi-fold doors to either end of the room expanding it to the max and enabling sunlight and warmth to flood the room even further. Perfectly designed for socialising and entertaining, at one end of the room sits a well planned, high-end fitted kitchen with an adjacent dining area. An easy-on-the-eye comfortable, relaxing and inviting seating area to the other end beckons when the day is done and it's time to chill and chat or be entertained by something you might fancy watching on the wall-mounted Smart television. There's a separate utility room at the end of the entrance hallway which allows additional access to the garden via a back door - ideal when returning from a day at the beach, when sandy toes and towels need a rinse. A conveniently placed cloakroom is just next door.

When the day is done and it's finally time to retire you will find three of the four well presented, calming bedrooms on the first floor; a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a Juliet balcony, a double bedded room, also with a Juliet balcony, and a twin room, both sharing the use of a family bathroom located between the two on the landing. The master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed, is found on the top floor and allows a peak of the sea when the tide is high from the overhead Velux window.

Neathercoat has two landscaped, enclosed gardens. The one at the the front of the house is the smaller of the two and a south facing suntrap - a perfect outdoor option to greet the start of the day with a cup of tea or coffee while sat at the bistro table. The main garden is at the back of the house where dining furniture and the availability of a charcoal barbecue is sure to inspire any budding chefs in the party to conjure up something delicious for everyone to enjoy. Neathercoat is a fabulous coastal retreat and will appeal to all manner of holidaymakers, especially those who enjoy a relaxed coastal vibe - couples and friends, as well as families.

Wells-next-the-Sea is brimming with long-established family shops selling fabulous local produce - cheese, meats and, of course, the freshest fish that may well have been caught that day. Wells-next-the-Sea is a bustling, busy, fascinating little town full of delights and visual treats, especially when sitting by the quay watching the tide and wildlife come and go. The renowned and gloriously stunning local beach is a mere fifteen minute walk from the quay, and picturesquely framed by colourful beach huts backed by pine woods. The view and salty air will simply take your breath away.

Neathercoat is also available to book as a sleeps six or four. Both can be found by searching Neathercoat (6) and Neathercoat (4) on our website
